OUR POLICIES OVERVIEW
All Sales Are Final for Mattresses, Mattress Pads, Toppers, Pet Beds, Adjustable Beds, further custom requests, & Woodworking. We reserve the right to replace broken, defective, or wrong items at our expense; this does not count toward your 30 days of Free Layer Exchange time. All orders are custom made to your specifications. By completing this transaction, you agree to these terms and acknowledge you are purchasing a custom-made product tailored to each sleeper.
Free Layer Exchange Policy:
Mountain Air Organic Beds offers Free Layer Exchanges for 30 days from the date of delivery of your entire mattress and foundation or bed (if ordered). Free Layer Exchanges do not apply to sizes other than Twin Extra Long, Split Queen, Queen, King, and California King. Extra Firm Layers and orders delivered outside the Continental USA are excluded. Layers that have been exposed to sunlight, dried air, direct mechanical heat, or are torn, dirty, damaged, or abused are not eligible for exchange.
Important: After the first Split Queen or TXL layer exchange, we will charge $99 for each additional layer exchange.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are allowed within 30 days on unopened bedding with a 20% restocking fee to cover shipping & handling charges. Mattresses, Toppers, Foundations, Platform Beds, Pet Beds, and Adjustable Beds are not returnable under any circumstances. Refunds are given only to the original purchaser with the original receipt.
Returns & RA# (Return Authorization):
Please contact us at (844) 223-2263 for a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted. Be sure to get your RA# within 30 days. Mattress layers must be shipped back clean and undamaged, and bedding must be returned in unopened packages. No smoke, unusual odors, stains, dirt, or pet hair; violations void this policy.

Layer Exchanges are not a refund policy; we may offer warranty or returns if eligible.
Weight in shipments may vary and does not indicate latex density.
Handcrafted products may vary slightly but are produced with high-quality materials.
We are not responsible for shipping or fulfillment delays beyond our control.
